 About Us
The Reeves Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization created with the vision of improving the
quality of life for the Developmentally Disabled Population. This vision
incorporates the provision of services directly to the population as well as
creating community awareness through educational supports. The overall goal of
the Reeves Foundation is to positively affect the lives of the Developmentally
Disabled as well as the communities in which they live.
The Reeves Foundation, is operated by
Kenneth and Michelle
Reeves. Kenneth brings to the company a business management background, an
entrepreneurial spirit, and a genuine love and dedication for helping others. He
owns and operates his own consulting agency through which he contracts to the
energy world throughout the United States.
Michelle Reeves is a Registered Nurse with a several years experience in
working with the Developmentally Disabled population in Arizona as well as
Southwestern New Mexico. Michelle has been a nurse consultant for the past four
years and owns a consulting business known as RN Options; she provides
consultative services to attorneys and to individual clients with specialized
wound care needs. Michelle is certified as a Registered Nurse in wound care as a
WCC (Wound Care Certified) and a CLNC (Certified Legal Nurse Consultant).
Michelle brings to the Company a diverse specialized nursing background,
experience in working with the Developmentally Disabled, and a passion for
improving quality of life and community development.
We aim to assist the Developmentally Disabled in living independent
self-determined, quality filled lives that promote successful integration and
participation into the
 community. Together, we strive to create a culture which
allows for freedom from abuse, neglect, and exploitation of our vulnerable
individuals. Honesty and integrity are observed in all areas of the Reeves
Foundation business practice and will be required of each employee. We operate
on the shared value system which advocates that all persons are deserving of the
right to live life abundantly.
